Oak Island

Oak Island is the largest island in Brunswick County. Due to the size of the island, there is high number of full time residents on the island. The mix of full time residents with vacation homes adds a nice feel to the island. Being such a large island, there are some small subdivisions and communities on the island where you can find a very affordable home. There are also the waterfront vacation homes which many people enjoy themselves but also rent out during the summer months.
